Terms and Conditions

  • Please submit your buffet order online at least 4 working days in advance before your function date. Online order submission does not confirm the order. Order is ONLY confirm by us through phone / fax / email.
  • We will contact you ASAP upon receipt of your online order. Please contact us if you do not hear from us within 48 hrs of your buffet submission.
  • We reserve the right to reject order(s) when we are fully booked on that day.
  • If your buffet order is urgent, we will be most happy and grateful if you can call us directly to firm things up.
  • Customization of dishes can be discussed and arranged.
  • Ala-Carte pricing is applicable if additional dish(s) is added.
  • Duration of function is 3 hours (approx.), starting from arrival time.
  • Food is best consumed within 2 hours upon arrival with buffet set up, within 1 hour for mini buffet and bento set.
  • LPH Catering shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time (3 hours after delivery).
  • Changes or cancellations to be made with 4 days advanced notice.
  • Full payment is chargeable for cancellations that are made with 1-2 day or less than a day’s notice.
  • Climbing stairs surcharge applies for venues that is not trolley accessible. It is quoted via case-by-case basis thus it is important to advise us if your venue is not trolley accessible.
  • Administrative fee of $50 is chargeable for any refunds.
